At check in and check out the clerks were moody. Our room and bathroom had not been cleaned well enough and there was food left in the refrigerator. We did not complain as we wanted a positive experience.

Don't eat at the restaurant and put it on your card. We were charged a $25 tip that we did not authorize and basically told too bad. So sad and also suffered from food poisoning 8 oz Burger avoid at all cost

Older style home but Perfect for a family me and the children had plenty of space it’s in a good location. Not the best looking neighborhood but very peaceful. 2 bathrooms were a plus!! Will rent again when I return to Shreveport.
